Return And Exchange Policy

We accept returns for unused products that are in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. After the returned product reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect it and approve the refund on the same day if it meets our return conditions.

Please note that the refunded amount may take a few additional business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
